This has been an on going problem for the last 2 months. I've posted this problem before. I was told to force stop the app, remove tracker, reboot the phone, re-add the tracker and see what happened. Then that post was locked so I couldn't post back to it. None of that worked. So, this is what I have done. I force stopped the app, cleared both data and cache, uninstalled the app, reboot the phone, downloaded and reinstalled the app, added a new tracker..................same problem. This is not something on my end, it can't be. it's not even the same tracker. Don't try and tell be it's because of a time zone problem, yes the challenge is being started with a 2 hour time difference, but I don't see me being off by over 12,000 steps over 2 hours, do you? As a matter of fact, it was counting the first couple of hours right. Then the next day i lost 100 or so steps, then it's like it decided to only count 1/2 my steps. On tuesday i had over 10,000 steps, it counted about 4600. I keep waiting for a fitbit app update that might fix this problem. Is there one coming? is fitbit willing to admit that it might be on their end?
