"Fully Tested" Device List

I live chatted with customer service, making an inquiry about how to request for Fitbit to expand their "fully tested" device list.  She had no answer, other than for me to post in here, or borrow a device from a friend.  I have an iPod 7th Gen. No cell phone. No other devices.  How do we request for Fitbit to add the iPod 7th Gen to their fully tested list? It is pointless to have a Fitbit and not be able to sync it to my device.

Have you actually tried connecting a Fitbit to your iPod, or are you just wondering if it would work if you got one?

Yes, the app downloads onto the iPod, but it does not allow me to login. I
have updated iPod (iOS 13.4), restarted it, deleted app and restarted it.
It does not work.

Can you be more specific about "does not allow me to login"?

Does it show the fields to enter login info?  If so, can you not enter you account ID, or do you enter it but it doesn't accept it?  Any error message?  Not valid? ...
