resting heart rate stuck

I have a new charge 3. Resting heart rate is stuck on 63bpm. It was fine overnight, but has gone back to 63bpm. I have tried rebooting, turning off and on... nothing works.

Help please!

Perhaps you are confusing the current heart rate and resting heart rate.  Both are shown on the Charge 3 as you scroll down from the clock face.  First is the current heart rate showing the number and a heart icon beating inside a circle.  Below that is your resting heart rate.  Resting heart rate is not expected to change much; it might stay the same for several days.  But the current heart rate will keep changing to reflect your activity level.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you JohnnyRow... It was 74 bpm during the night! and then all of a sudden it was 63 bpm... I'll just keep an eye on it!

This is happening with my Inspire. It got stuck on 52 for several days and has now gone to 54. Straight lines.
