 My fitbit charge 2 seems to not be calculating mileage/pace correctly anymore.  Also sometimes it shows the pace breakdown by each mile other times it doesn't.

You could try doing a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

@lgaraffa, welcome aboard! If you see that your Charge 2 is not accurately tracking your mileage, I suggest you to take a look at the instructions in this help article: How do I measure and adjust stride length for my Fitbit device?
