I have a Fitbit Charger 2. It seems to effectively track my daily activities. I continue to have problems though syncing with Fitbit.com and a third party app where I record my food diary and additional exercise. It is becoming very frustrating because my health efforts are incomplete and I can't seem to find anyone to speak with.
Any suggestions?

What third party app/site are you having issues with.
All we can suggest is to revoke this apps access to Fitbit then set the link up again.
If this doesn't work the you will need to contact them.
To revoke
Open the Fitbit app
Go to account by tapping on the top left.
Tap Manage Data
Tap Third Party Access
