I can't be the only one with this problem. I love my charge 3, but for the past 2 months the heart rate recorded on my wrist doesn't show up on my phone. I called fitbit and got the usual run around and then then told me that fitbit was aware of the "glitch" and was "working hard" to solve it. That was in early June. I'm not a techie but I don't believe it takes 2 months to solve a small problem. I've already done all the troubleshooting, deleting/adding back, etc. Anyone else have the same problem? Suggestions for a solution? I was thinking of contacting Wirecutter to see if they could help.
