time zone problems

overnight my charge 2 suddenly had a different time to my phone and I couldn’t get it to sync back to the correct time today. I followed a forum’s advice about checking the automatic time zone on my settings and saw although the setting was on, It thinks the time zone is LA. Now, even when turning automatic time zone off and setting it to GMT, it still just changes it back to LA again. Tried resetting my phone, deleting and redownloading the app. Not sure what else I can do?

@JessicaCrisp that's strange, was you able to sync your Charge 2 successfully after changing to the GMT time zone? If not. I would suggest giving it a couple of reboots then have another go at setting the time zone manually and recsyncing.

I’m really beginning to think it’s a problem with the app more than my watch because my watch is syncing all the info over, but the app won’t physically let me change the time zone and just keeps reverting back to LA.

tried rebooting the watch but made no difference

I’m having the same issues even though I have followed the instructions on how to fix it. It will fix temporarily, but keeps defaulting back to LA even though it should stay on Phoenix.
