tracker did not update when time changed

My Charge HR did not update when the time changed last month. How do I fix that?

Mine did the same thing. All I did was sync it with my computer and it fixed the time.

Yes, thank you. I also read to switch to a different time zone, sync it,
switch back and sync again. That worked. Thank you for responding.
