I have vertical lines on my fitbit charge hr screen and have tried rebooting but did no good.
it is impossible to get help on telephone and i waited 30 minutes for a live chat and when he was helping me we got disconnected. I went back to request again but there was almost 100 people ahead of me so I gave up. Has anyone had this problem and what is the resolution.
Also am having problems when tryingto swipe to my exercise app

just had a trouble shooting session for the same issue. Try the instructions that I was given.

Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker.
Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable.
Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds.

Connect the device to the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration. The device turns off.The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Mine has the same issue. I spoke to a customer service representative and he was unwilling to replace my device even after their solution did not rectify my issue. The warranty has run out but I've seen in some cases (on here) where an exception was made for some people with the same issue.

I am now having problems swiping to my exercise app and only 5 exercises show up not the six
I am going to request a chat again.... seems like they only make these to last 2 years and then problems begin to occur. They have replaced my regular Fitbit in the past but not this Charge HR 3 which is under 2 years old

Yes I am getting very frustrated with Fitbit. They have replaced an old fitbit in the past but not this Charge HR...seems they make them to only last 2 years
