which model do I have

I think I have a charge 2 or 3 but not sure how to tell.   I have tried to charge it but the chargers have 2 prongs on the charger and the tracker has 3.

 

I couldn't figure out how to upload pictures.

Click 'Help' above, then 'more products' to see pictures of all.

To post a pic, in browser, click camera icon just above the text entry box.

Charge 3 "button" is really an indent rather than a button sticking out.  Charge 2 has a regular side button.

Alta (HR) has no buttons and has some confusion about number of charging prongs.

Inspire (HR) has a regular side button but is narrow like the Alta, narrower than Charge 2 or 3.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
