Bought a inspire HR for my daughter and she’s only had it for a short time and now we are getting a 001 code. What does this mean and how do we fix it? Please help!

I too am having issues.
Bought the inspire HR on 3/27 after my Alta died (3 yeas old), my inspire popped up with a 001 error code On 4/23. I took it back to target to replace it thinking I got a bad one. 4/26 bought a new (2nd) inspire HR and once again on 5/4 got another 001 error code!!! What is the deal???

We followed the steps for restarting the inspire this morning and we are having the same issue.

we purchased a fitbit Inspire HR back in March 2019 and it continues to display the 001 error code. we have tried restarting the device at least 3 times and nothing is working. not sure if it is holding a charge or not and cannot access any functionality whatsoever. please help!!!
