Time and date come from phone or other sync device at each sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I was looking at the different things on mine and some how I messed up the time. Now I don't know how to fix it.

If it is off by exact number of hours, look at time zone.

Otherwise, force a sync will fix it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
