My Inspire has a message on my devices saying I need to update it. Nothing I do has allowed me to update. It's been a month now.
Why has my Inspire quit syncing? It only does it once a day, at 11:30 at night. Very frustrating. This has been going on for several days now.

Hi @JoJean what does it want you to update - the app or the device firmware? Firmware update will be on the app, when it's available to you, as it is released on a rolling basis. If it's the app, go to the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.
