99% for 3 hours!

I started charging at 6am when it was 8%.  When I checked at 8am, it was 99%.  But when I checked in between until 11am, it was still at 99%!  I also realised that the battery used up faster than before.  I was not even exercising, just walking.  Pls help.

Hi @crazytan  my Flex used to get that way and I would unplug it from the charger and wait a little bit and then plug it back in. Somehow it would then finish up the charge. My power banks do that, too. See if that makes a difference for you.

Thanks @Odyssey13 . I just realised that I bought it in Nov 2019.  Is there suppose to be a one year warranty?
