I just worked out hard for 1hr and 10min but tracker says I have 9 active minutes? This is my first day using it. Do I need to change a setting or something?

Hi there 

so my inspire Fitbit used to active recoding but yesterday until still 0 and i try to reset several times and still not working..

please help i just bought its 6 days ago.
