While I excercise my active minutes got to about 60 but when I stopped it dropped to 40? Anyone know why this would happen? And how I can fix it

Let me help you with your active minutes decreasing. Where are your viewing this decrease (on the app or on the tracker)? Does this happens after you sync your device? Do you have any third party app linked to your account? Have you manually logged any activities? These two scenarios may overwrite the data recorded by your tracker? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on the Dashboard and on the activities area?

I am having this problem, too. I walk briskly for 80 minutes. My Inspire shows the 80 minutes. When I sync it to my computer, it drops 20 to 30 active minutes. There are no third party apps that I am using. I am syncing to my desk top computer that is running Windows 10. It is becoming very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.
