I am wondering why there is no smart wake feature on the inspire 2 and haven't found an answer on any of the community posts. It seems like it would be an extremely easy software update and I would benefit a lot from it.

Thank you for your question about the smart wake alarm.

 

Currently, smart wake feature is not available for those Fitbit devices that need to set silent alarms in the Fitbit app but just for those that have this option on-device. 

 

There is a feature suggestion called "Bring the Smart Wake feature to Inspire 2". You are welcome to vote it and if there is any update it should be communicated as soon as possible.

This is honestly the only reason I really wanted the Fitbit, but it doesn't have it? Will probs have to return it which I feel bad for as it was an Xmas gift.

That other post with the suggestion has hundreds of likes and comments of people saying they really want the feature. It has been more than two years.

 

What’s taking so long? An extremely software update is all that’s needed to make it happen.
