How to add water to "activity"? I deleted water from "activity" and wanted to add it back. tia

Assuming you talking about on phone app, click 'Discover' at bottom left, then 'Health & Fitness Stats'.  You will see all available tiles, including water, and can add or delete.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
