Adding Calories for Custom Activity: How do you guess?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

To log a custom activity, one must put down a calorie burn total. I have no way to estimate this. I have a kettle bell/free weights circuit that takes me about 30 mins to complete. I threw in 200 as an amount (because you can't log otherwise), but that's a blind guess. Is there a better way to figure this?

The better way is not to log it after the fact.  Logging is meant just for when you were not wearing the tracker.  Use the exercise app with 'Weights', manually start and stop, and it does it all for you, calculating calories using heart rate.  When you log an activity, that overrides everything that the tracker actually recorded.
