Can anyone help us? We share a mobile phone and want to add a second Fitbit. Googled all instructions and followed to the letter and still can’t fathom?

Two users cannot share an account.

If the second fitbit is to be for another person, you have to create another account.  Each person has to have a separate account/email.  Then you would have to keep logging out of one account on the phone, and log into the other account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

How do you set up another account? Everytime I go into the FitBit app it asks if I want to cancel my Inspire Hr which I don't want to do. I love mine and bought one for my wife but can't figure out how to install it.

Please someone Help.

Log out of your Fitbit account first; then create a new account.
