Adjusting Recording time for activity.

I want recording time to start at 6am, instead of 9am, and end at 8 pm instead of 5pm.

How do I adjust the time period from 9 to 5, to 6am to 8pm?

Hi, @PHMO , I think you are talking about Reminders to Move (RTM).  The default setting for these is 9-5, but you can change this.

To adjust your RTMs go to your app and on the opening screen click on the small person icon/photo top left.  On the next screen choose your Fitbit device.  On the device screen scroll down to Reminders to Move.  It will show 9-5 everyday.  Click on Reminders to Move and it will bring up a screen in which you can turn them off completely or set which days and which hours you would like to receive an RTM on your wrist.

When you have made the changes return to your device screen and be sure to sync your device so that it reflects the changes you have made.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the forums!
