I just set up my new Fitbit inspire HR and I cannot find the alarms section in the app to download. I looked up my problem and it says to download it on the dashboard or in settings but I don't see it there either!

It depends on whether you have the new app that's being rolled out. 

 

If you are on the old version then use the "+" on the main dashboard but if you don't see this then you may have the new version - on the main "today" tab of the dashboard, select your profile image at the top left of the screen, then select your fitbit. You will then be on the device settings where you'll find the alarms.

The alarms and the app are maddening on the Inspire HR.  I had the Versa before until it quit working.... I'm really frustrated with the InspireHR.
