All day syncing

Is anyone having trouble activating all day syncing on Fitbit app?

Hi @Whitesands25  No, I have never had a problem activating it. What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try uninstalling the app, reinstall and log back in and see if that help you activate it.

I just switched to a Galaxy s8 plus and have noticed the same issue. It wasworking yesterday, i had the icon on my screen and everything but now no longer. Is it a known bug. never has issue on ios.
