Always something wrong

It is so frustrating to ALWAYS have to be fixing problems with the Inspire HR. The sleep function continues to malfunction, it’s over 3 months since I first reported it. It works most nights now but still intermittently it will just malfunction. Apparently no reason, I don’t do anything different it just doesn’t work sometimes.

Other problems continue. I don’t use the silent alarms because pushing the button doesn’t always work to turn it off. I just finally gave up.

Yesterday was quite interesting in fitbit land. Just after 5 a.m I received a message that my battery was low even though it was over 60%. As is fitbit’s habit they tried to blame the user (me) for the problem and said I hadn’t synced recently. I said that was not the case and if it had been the battery would have been more not less. I really never got a solution to this but as i was discussing it I received a message that I had 10 minutes to get 0(zero) steps. It wasn’t even 10 minutes of the hour. After syncing my app on my phone the app showed I was missing one of the hours I’ve set to get 250 steps even though the Fitbit said I got them. Fitbit said they are aware of the problem but as with the sleep problem they have no solution. Just thanks for being patient. Like I have a choice about being patient. I’ve had other fitbits that for the most part worked. This Inspire has had problems from day one that they can’t fix. I’m sick and tired of their lack of solutions.

This morning I again got a notice at 5:30 a.m. that my battery was low even though it had not been low in the past 24 hours. Fitbit needs to figure out a way to fix these continuing problems. It’s really not right that they continue to sell these products advertising certain features that they know don’t work properly.

Be patient..we know..looking into it...

Same for me , no solution,  now they are not even answering.

Flex2 , charge2 NEVER ever a problem.

Should have read up but I instead have a 3 days old useless Inspire HR in a drawer,  fitbit customer service not answering, no solution , no refund, nothing

I am glad to know it's not just me and my almost-brand-new Inspire HR.  The battery stopped charging after the thing stopped synching.  Like you, my sleep function worked intermittently.  And the "5 day charge" was more like a 2 day charge.  And took forever to recharge.

It’s been over 3 months since I first reported that the sleep function does not work. If they haven’t figured it out by now someone needs to be fired. I just want the merchandise I bought with my hard earned money to work as advertised. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
