Another Inspire 2 that refuses to sync

I don't obsess over the syncing, but I wanted to look today. Turns out the device hasn't synced since July 11!  

I did it all. Force quit the app. Deleted the tracker. Restarted and reinstalled. It sees the device and gives me the pairing code, but won't connect.

And now the tracker has the wrong time. That's a problem since I use it as a watch.
