App Doesn't Display Correct Heartrate

I recently acquired an Inspire 2 through my heath insurer (Kaiser). One of the primary reasons I got it was to track my heart rate during workouts. I initially tried reading my heart rate from the device itself but that proved too cumbersome. Lately, I've been using the app to track my heart rate but that has proved problematic as well. The heart rate shown in the app is not accurate as it differs from what's displayed on the fitbit itself. The app is connected to the device and says it's syncing. However, the heart rate keeps dropping . Last night the app showed a heart rate of 59 when the device said the rate was 125. The app eventually displayed a more accurate number but then dropped back down. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but that didn't help. What else can I do?
