I cannot access community, help, or profiles. Is anyone else having the same problems? It is so frustrating....basically zero interaction on the app because every time I try it just closes the app down completely. Not happy. It'd be ok if I knew it wasn't just my phone or account but a problem across the board. Cheers.

My Fitbit is a coupe month old, it only shows time and a (0 lighting sign). It like it froze up. Please help, tell me what to do to fix the problem

Mine is doing the same. Not tried syncing for a few days and it's not logged anything since 31st August.

I have no idea what has gone wrong. I am actually wondering if it is a button they press because not too many people have replied to this yet. It is way less fun without the interaction of the feeds.
