App data detail not working

Hi there,
 
I bought my fit bit on the 7th Feb, everything was working fine, but today none of the data is showing. Eg. When I press the grey plus button on the right of each tool : eg. The sleep / exercise etc. to see the data, nothing happens. (It worked previously) In fact I can’t see any detail for any day and this is the whole purpose of why I purchased to see the detail of the sleep / exercise and anything else I want to track.
 
Please help, the item is expensive and after 2 weeks for it to suddenly stop working is really disappointing.

Hi @Nuttyf Uninstall the app from your phone, then reinstall it. Hopefully that will fix it for you.

Thanks NellyG, i did try that and it did work out. Didn’t want to try it
earlier because didn’t want to lose my data. -which didn’t happen 🙂
