Apps not loading

So when I go to get more apps through the Fitbit app, it will show the apps that I already use like timer and alarm. But when I go to get more apps like I did in the clock faces it will show the loading symbol and then show a white scree . I dont know if this is happening to other people too, but I would like this to be fixed or for someone to tell me how to fix it

Oh and I forgot to put, I use a n android phone.
