Screen not working

I have had my Inspire for a couple months now. My Husband is still paying on it through Purchasing Power in weekly payments. I just woke up this morning with the silent alarm vibrating but no display at all. I use the button on the side and I turned off the alarm, felt vibrating and holding the button down it vibrate but still screen is blank. I just got this in May and we are going to be paying for it for a year. I have plugged it in but still no light or screen shows up but it did vibrate to indicate connection. It was working fine yesterday aside from the email notifications the last fee days have been wonky, but manageable. Any help would be appreciated since I dont have a button on my charger to reset as my Alta had.

I only just saw this reply as my email has been not coming through for some
reason to well. It wont sync all day then all come in at once. Anyway the
same day I posted about the screen not working, it did finally start
working again without any issues since. But it did take all day, I made
sure it was fully charged and kept it on as it was still syncing and
tracking without the display working, and about 530 pm that day it just
decided to work. Thank you though and I will keep the restarting
information in mind for if it happens again.
