Hi
I have had an Aspire HR and although the device has shycronised with my account/app, the screen is still showing the diamond logo and 'fitbit setup.com'
Any advice would be much appreciated.

That message suggests that your fitbit has somehow become disconnected from your app. I would try going through the setup process again to reconnect it.
Go into the account section of the app by selecting your profile image at the top left of the main dashboard screen. Then select "Set up a device". Choose your fitbit and it will step you through the process.
