My Inspire HR has been working all day then I went to look at the time and the screen will not come on. If I hold the button, it vibrates but nothing shows.

For two days, I noted the screen on my Versa HR either displayed white, or a jumbled mess. I called Fitbit, who told me how to reboot it, which I did. No change in the display on the screen. I haven’t had the Fitbit fora year yet. The woman at Fitbit checked my warranty, said they would send me a new Fitbit. They also said they would send me an email, so I could “fill it out.” The only thing in the link showed what my details were on my iPhone screen. Nothing to fill out. Does anyone know what form to fill out?

Same exact issue for me. I’ve only had my Inspire HR for about a month. Very disappointed in this product.

Just found this somewhere on the forum: Attach the Fitbit to the charger and plug it in. Press the button and hold for about 20 seconds. When you let go you’ll see a smiley face and everything will be back to normal. Worked for me, hope it’ll work for you, too!
