Automatic exercise recognition

This feature does not seem to be working.   I walked 24 miles yesterday and no exercise was recognised.   The 'days exercise' icon has vanished from my dashboard and is not there to select in 'edit'.  Any advice?

Welcome to the forum, @Melanie74 and well done on walking so far yesterday!  Was that the first time you wore your Inspire HR?  I only ask 'cos mine didn't recognise anything for at least a day (some things like sleep took even longer) so if it's a new-to-you Inspire HR then it'll still be getting used to your various levels.

Check the app to see how long the activity takes to recognise - I think the default is 30 minutes so if you aren't moving pretty much constantly for those 30 minutes (or whatever your setting is) then it won't register it.  It's great that you walked so far yesterday, but unless you are constantly moving for the entire time your app is set to, it won't recognise it.  If it's set to 30 minutes and you're only moving for 29 of those minutes then it won't register *any* active minutes unfortunately... I know that from bitter experience.
