Hi @LHyatt Try restarting the device several times and see if that gets it going again.

Restart your tracker

Also go to your settings app on the tracker and check that the Heart Rate is set to ON

Please come back here if you continue to have problems.

Restart your tracker

Also go to your settings app on the tracker and check that the Heart Rate is set to ON
