Inspire HR more than one problem

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Besides battery charging problems, my Inspire HR is so depleted that it won’t charge any more.  Cleaned the contacts, left it plugged in for hours, got no smiley face or % charge when I pushed the little side button.  It never (the past weeks) told me it was low and needed a charge.  Now, I just tried syncing and I find that it hasn’t synced since March 30!!  And now it can’t sync because it is totally depleted!  Tempted to return to Amazon since I feel I have more than one complaint.  Never figured how to change modes to see incoming calls, or battery level.

I too liked the slimness of the Alta, but mine was fading out after 3 years.

Thanks for the hint, all those actions were done several times yesterday. I read a lot more complaints yesterday as well, and realized that my FitBit was worse than everyone else’s, so I got on a chat with support. In little time Vanessa could see that I had a problem, and sent me a label so I could sent the FitBit back. It’s in the mail now.
My FitBit would not show anything on the screen even after many hours of charging, except for the smiley face if I pushed the side button in for MORE than 5 seconds. Otherwise I saw nothing. A double click gave me nothing. I had my phone, iPad and FitBit all plugged in T the same time and it wouldn’t sync. Now I wonder it if has something to do with Bluetooth. I am on an oxygen concentrator which also uses Bluetooth, and if I have to choose between FitBit and oxygen, I’d choose the oxygen every time...

Thank you for the advice.  I went through all those procedures several times yesterday and nothing improved.  I also read through a lot more complaints and realized that my FitBit was less responsive than those I was reading about.  So I got on a Chat line with Vanessa at FitBit and within a few minutes, she confirmed that mine was a troublesome one and she sent me a label so I could ship it back to FitBit.  It is in the mail now.

My FitBit would not cooperate.  I left it charging for hours, got the smiley face when I pushed the side button MORE than 5 secs. and then it went blank.  No time, no steps, no energy, no nothing.  Also tried syncing my iPhone, iPad and FitBit and the FitBit wouldn’t sync.  I wonder if it has to do with the Bluetooth.  I have a portable oxygen concentrator that is tied into my iPhone by Bluetooth.  If I have to choose between FitBit and oxygen, oxygen wins every time.  I wonder if this is part of my problem...
