Band can’t attach

The part on the fit bit where the band attaches broke off.  Can’t get new straps. Any relief?

I have this problem too.  I just bought a band from another company that will enable me to use my device until I figure out what to do.  The device just snaps into a frame from behind, so it doesn't matter if the band receptacle is broken.  The bands are made by Kakurookie, and are available through Amazon.
