the catch that secures the band broke after 3 months and the band no longer stays on - impossible to use watch now

Thank you for all the details that you've provided, I'm sorry to see that you've experienced this inconvenience with your accessory band.
I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. Just keep in mind that it's taking a bit longer than usual to receive a reply from Support, but you should be getting response soon.
