Is it possible to scan UK barcodes on HR Inspire yet? Last threads on this subject very old.

Hi @KJB2020, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let me share with you that at this moment, the barcode scanning feature is only available for customers using the United States food database. If you use another food database, the barcode scanning option won't work. To check which food database you're using, see How do I change my food database?
