Battery/counter not working

My inspire is a joke... 

Its never lasted more than one day on full charge,

the step counter is very wrong,

sleep counter says I’m asleep if I don’t move it for 10 mins... 

Its a joke..

anyone else having same issues?

Sorry to about the issues that you're having with its features. Thanks for troubleshooting prior to contacting us. This is not a normal behavior, I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. Have you restarted your Inspire? This should help your Fitbit to track your sleep and your steps in a correct way. I'd suggest to fully charge it and check the steps suggested here: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device?

 

Then give it a try for another day and if you notice this is acting erratically again, please let me know so I can request a ticket for you.

It’s dead!!

tried to charge up & it’s dead

Thanks for trying the suggested, I've checked with our team and they have a case open for this. Would you mind responding to the last email that you got from them? Please try to let them know what you've tried all the suggested steps. They will be glad to keep assisting you.
