Hi,
I just bought my FitBit Inspire HR on Monday. I've been keeping it on at night to log my sleep patterns. The first few nights seemed reasonable. However, last night I could not fall asleep for 3 hours. I set the "Start Sleep Now" (thinking I was going to be able to sleep) but then just got up and did some stuff. I finally went back to bed and was able to fall asleep. When I awoke in the morning, I turned off the sleep button and checked by stats. It said "2 min to fall asleep; 7 times awake; 10 times restless; 42 min awake". Obviously this is NOT what happened! I found the sensitivity setting and changed it to "sensitive" to try tonight. But after last night, how can I trust the results? Thanks for any help!

I can't explain your last night, but:
Best not to use "Start Sleep Now'. That can prevent getting sleep stages. Just let Fitbit figure it out on its own.
The sleep sensitivity setting is not applicable for trackers with heart rate monitoring.

It's wonky for me too. I got up around 4:00 a.m. to go to the bathroom and it logged that as me getting up. I did go back to bed / sleep for another hour or so, but it didn't make note of that so my log looks like I got about an hour less of sleep than I actually did.

Ah, that would explain the different look of the tile the next day as well. (I didn't use that application the first couple of nights.) I will try that.
I did find a way to choose the "sensitive" setting on the Inspire HR which I will disable.
Thanks for your help. I will try it tonight and see how it goes!
