My Inspire HR is approximately 6 months old and the battery was holding for most of the week. All of a sudden it will only hold a charge for less than 24 hours. I have changed the clock face, rebooted, read and tried the information from my contact with support to no avail. I have been trying to do another chat with support for the last 2 days as instructed but I can't seem to get through. Any suggestions on above issues?

I am having the same problem as well as taking a long time to charge. I have charged for a couple of hours only to find when I check that it has only charged to 30%. It also doesn’t count my steps when it gets below around 20%. Very frustrating. Any suggestions?

Mine is having the same issue. I charged it to 100% last night around 9 pm, and when I woke up around 4 am, it was already dead and back to 0% charge....
I don't know what would have happened to change this so extremely, but it's incredibly frustrating.
I only got mine in January.
