I just got my fitbit in may 2020. The past 3 weeks i noticed I've been charging my device before the day is even over. I keep my device very clean, I've even followed the directions and swabbed the contacts with alcohol with no luck. Ive been irritated by the amount of times I've been charging so i decided to research and found lots of similar issues. What i haven't noticed is a fix for this issue. Please let me know i what to do as i am not happy right now. My fitbit is charging as we speak, very disappointing! I hope they will replace it for me since I've only had it 3 months.

I still have not received an email. I am getting very angry with this fitbit. I had it fully charged and tried to do an update. It lasted 3 minutes and died. I had to do update with it plugged in. I couldn't even wear it when i really wanted to count my activity and i needed it for my heart rate. I was playing baseball with my son. I want my fitbit replaced. There are no excuses for a 3 month old device to stop working!! If i don't get help soon i will leave horrible reviews everywhere. I want a new device asap! I need to check my heart rate on a regular basis that is the reason for my purchase!

Thank you.

I am having the same issue. I dont even get 5 hours out of mine. Got it in April this year. Looks like there may have been a bad batch. Not good enough Fitbit.
