Battery issue

So I got a Fitbit finally after years of wanting one as my early mother's day/birthday gift last week. First 4 days were great and then it died. Okay not a problem. Charged it. Next day I went to bed and it died in my sleep. Okay? Not sure why this time it only lasted a day but whatevs. Next day it only lasted til about noon after a full charge. Now I'm confused. Totally died, put it on the charger and it says it's full but I can't get it to turn on even after trying all the troubleshoots on here. Help! I love this thing and I only had it working properly for 4 days on the first charge. I think it's defective or something. What do I do??? Has anyone else had similar issues? Is this a common thing?

Hi @Sarah_Sparkles,

 

It sounds like there is something wrong with your battery.  You can try contacting Support directly (link is at the bottom of the page) and either asking for a Battery Test or for an exchange.

 

Your battery should be lasting a minimum of 4 days, why it's not is beyond me.
