Hi all, I'm sure this had been asked and answered a million times and I have read/tried suggestions from a year ago (most recent at the top of the forum).
I just purchased my Inspire HR in April and have had the unresponsive tap/scroll issue once before. Connecting the watch to the charger, resetting and/or changing the clock face helped (not sure which did the trick as I did them all) but now my issue has gotten more frustrating.
I had to charge it 2 nights ago. By the next morning I pulled it off and slapped it on not bothering to check anything. Within 5 minutes it vibrates so I look down and see the battery with ! inside. It hadn't charged. Put it back on cord, came back a few hours later, still no charge. Tried again last night and thankfully it was charged by this morning. BUT, now I have an unresponsive black screen. It vibrates when I press button or put on to charge. One minute phone says it's connected the next minute it says it's not connected. I've tried resetting it holding the button for 15 seconds while on the charger and get a vibration but nothing on the screen. When I did manage to catch it connected to my phone I tried changing the clock face. The app showed it had changed but then flashed a notification that the watch wasn't connected. I've turned Bluetooth off and back on several times. I've tried everything I've read to try and nothing. This is so very frustrating. I (as I'm sure many here do) rely heavily on this now annoying little device and I'm crushed that I have only gotten 3 decent months use out of it. I even sold a long time friend on buying herself a Fitbit Inspire HR.
Any further suggestions out there that I should try? I do love my little watch and miss it on my wrist.
Thanks y'all!
Oh and my syncing device is my phone, Google Pixel 4 XL
