I can't get mine to sync either, and it's displaying the wrong time. Fitbit support told me my 1 year warranty is up and I'm on my own. If I don't get some help soon I'm switching to Garmin.
Try plugging watch to the charger and then place near your phone app. Depress watch button for 5 seconds. It is suppose to reset the watch. It worked for me. Good luck!
