Black screen after the beach. I have tapped on the screen and pressed the sides. I am currently charging it but still black screen. Any other suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Hi, @MariaFon, welcome, have you tried to sync your "Inspire 2" on your Fitbit app on your phone? If you can do this note the green syncing progress bar at the top of the screen and the state of charge value next to the battery icon at the top right of the "Today" screen. If your device has a very low charge you should try and find out why. Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? provides advice. In addition, check the two little pins on the charging cable puck and ensure they are presenting evenly and are free moving (they are spring-loaded). If they are not in good condition and your device is still under "warranty" talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for prompt response with a view to getting a replacement. Alternatively, you can buy a replacement at a modest cost on Amazon.
If it's not your charging/cable talk to Customer Support.
