Blank Screen, Smiley Face

Have had this fitbit inspire HR for less than a year. All of a sudden stopped charging but smiley face will appear and nothing else. Random vibrations happen. Tried to restart, but only blank screen.

I would leave it on the charger for awhile and then do a restart. from what I remember the smiley face happened after or during a restart. Sometimes things correct themselves if you put it on the charger. try to force a synch after an hour or so or a restart. hopefully it will do more than smile at you
