I recently got a new Versa 3 and wanna give my inspire 2 to my mum.
but I’m having trouble to connect the watch to her phone.
I have already tried to clear user data, reboot the tracker, even go to my phone’s Bluetooth setting to click “forget device”. But I’m still stuck at the Bluetooth searching page.

Now I'm confused. When I started answering, you said it was a Huawei phone, but I guess you've edited that out since.
