New inspire and Bluetooth can’t find it at all - I’ve reinstalled app, restarted phone, turned Bluetooth on and off, but nothing. I’m running iOS 13.3 - is this the problem? Also, no matter how long I hold down the button on the side, no happy face restart. About to return!!

Hi @CADMA23 That doesnt sound right. And no, the iOS 13.3 issue should not affect the bluetooth as you describe. When you hold the button down to restart, do you have it charging at the same time? Here is the restart proceedure Restart your tracker
If restarting wont work, then I would suggest exchanging it if you can. Otherwise contact Support.
