Hi. I've just recieved a Fitbit Inspire HR today and just a few hours of wearing it the screen has started to jump through all the options and wont turn off. It's very frustrating to know something brand new out the box has a fault. Any advice on what I can do to fix it? Or is it a case of sending it back for a refund/replacement?

Hi @Sophie1515 It is so annoying when that happens! Try restarting the Inspire several times and see if that settles it down. If it doesnt fix it then return it to the store you bought it from or contact Support.
